 Ian & Phyl Rutherford have owned the business since 2003. After returning from overseas they needed another 'challenge' before considering retirement and took on the restoration of the Waiau Lodge Hotel. They are now ready to 'retire' and have the business on the market.
Ian has strong family links to Waiau and the district with family connections to the pioneering Rutherford family.
Ian's greatgrandparents are buried in the Waiau Cemetery. |
